## Title: Human Resources Manager - Performance Management

About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in a performance management leadership role within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Program Design: Develop, refine, and implement performance management systems, KPIs, metrics, and feedback processes aligned to business strategy and compliant with employment laws
  • Process Management: Lead annual and mid-year review cycles, manage the HRIS performance module, and run calibration sessions to ensure consistency and fairness
  • Coaching & Development: Coach managers and employees on performance practices, SMART goal setting, effective feedback, and review writing; support PIPs where needed and link outcomes to training, succession planning, and compensation
  • Continuous Improvement & Reporting: Monitor and report performance metrics, gather employee and manager feedback to enhance processes, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • CHRP certification
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience
  • 7+ years designing and managing performance management systems

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation
  • Strategic thinker able to align performance with business goals
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret data and recommend solutions
  • Ability to manage complex, cyclical HR processes and annual review cycles
  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information
