## Title: HR Officer

About the Role

An established company is seeking an HR Officer to serve as the primary HR point of contact for client organizations, building strong partnerships and delivering strategic HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary HR point of contact for client organizations
Build and maintain strong partnerships with client leadership
Conduct HR audits, compliance reviews, and prepare actionable recommendations
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for client roles
Oversee onboarding, performance management systems, and employee engagement initiatives
Handle employee relations matters professionally and in line with labor laws
Support payroll alignment, compensation benchmarking, and statutory remittances

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
2–3 years' experience in HR, preferably with consulting exposure
Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and compliance frameworks
IHRM membership (mandatory)
CHRP qualification (advantageous)
