We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute regional HORECA and institutional sales plans and achieve set targets.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage key accounts such as hotels, restaurants, bakeries, schools, hospitals, and cleaning service companies.
  • Promote the full product portfolio with strong product knowledge and application support.
  • Build trusted relationships with procurement teams and operational decision-makers.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends and provide regular reports.
  • Manage sales administration, forecasting, and coordination of orders, deliveries, and credit.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, and technical consultants to support trials, demonstrations, and activations.
Required Qualifications:
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Food Science.
  • 3-5 years' experience in FMCG sales, with exposure to food service, catering, or hygiene products strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding territory coverage.
  • Knowledge of edible oils, fats, margarine, soaps, or cleaning detergents is a strong advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
