Roles and Responsibilities

• Collect and document system requirements for the development of information systems
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code, including writing tests and test cases
• Deploy, maintain, and administer information systems, including assigning user rights, maintaining backups, and providing user support
• Develop training materials and conduct user training, including pre and post-training assessments to evaluate training effectiveness
• Design databases, including relational and NoSQL databases
• Work with various data sources including web services, APIs, Microsoft Excel, and CSV files
• Perform any other duties related to this job description as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent degree with a focus on software development
• Knowledge of software development languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, PHP, and C#
• Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MSSQL, including writing SQL queries
• Unix/Linux and/or Windows Server and desktop background

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience writing Unix/Linux scripts
• Experience working with RESTful APIs
