About the Role
We are seeking a qualified professional to join our team as a High-End Luxury Sales Representative. This position focuses on cultivating relationships with affluent clientele and driving sales through personalized service and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Client Relationship Management
- Actively identify, approach, and secure high-value clients including senior executives, business owners, political elites, and affluent professionals
- Develop and maintain a detailed client database, regularly updating information on client preferences, purchasing history, and personal milestones
- Provide personalized service through dedicated client advisory, styling guidance, and proactive communication regarding new collections and special offers
- Schedule regular follow-ups post-purchase, managing client feedback, ensuring satisfaction, and generating repeat business
Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations
- Identify, negotiate, and maintain relationships with strategic partners, including luxury hotels, exclusive clubs, high-end restaurants, wellness centres, and complementary brands targeting similar demographics
- Develop and execute cross-promotion campaigns, referral incentives, and co-hosting of exclusive events to reach and acquire new clientele
Event Management & Experiential Marketing
- Plan, organize, and oversee exclusive events including fashion previews, private fittings, collection launches, and invite-only client gatherings
- Manage guest invitations, RSVPs, event logistics, coordination with suppliers and vendors, and ensure flawless execution
- Monitor event effectiveness, gather feedback, and optimize future events to continuously attract and engage target clients
Loyalty Program & Customer Retention
- Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of loyalty programs to foster long-term customer relationships and incentivize referrals
- Regularly review membership engagement metrics and develop initiatives aimed at enhancing customer retention and satisfaction
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Regularly track and analyse sales data, market trends, and competitive activities
