Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Business Development Officers to drive growth and performance
  • Spearhead onboarding and conversion of new B2B clients
  • Achieve individual and departmental targets for new business acquisition
  • Oversee and enhance tracking operations including vehicle tracking, fleet management, and fuel monitoring

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role
  • Proven track record in B2B business development and client acquisition
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
