Head Of Reits

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Job purpose: This role is responsible for the overall leadership, management, performance and regulatory compliance of all Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) under CPF Capital’s license as a CMA-approved REIT Manager. The role will have primary accountability for the IMARA Income REIT (I-REIT) and any future REIT products, ensuring strong portfolio performance, full regulatory compliance, investor confidence, and sustainable income generation. Knowledge, experience, and qualifications required Academic and Professional Qualifications/Memberships to professional bodies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, Accounting or related field.

• Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, Accounting or related field.

• Professional qualification (CFA, CPA, ACCA, or Real Estate Finance) is highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of CMA REIT regulations, trust structures, and capital markets.

Experience: Required:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in real estate investment, fund management, REITs, asset management or institutional property portfolios.

• At least 5 years in a senior or leadership role in REITs, real estate funds, pension fund property portfolios, or regulated asset management.
