Role Overview
The General Manager at Booch will serve as the strategic and operational leader responsible for driving the company's growth, efficiency, and excellence across all departments including Production, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute business strategies aligned with Booch's vision and growth objectives
Operational Management
- Oversee end-to-end operations, ensuring smooth coordination between production, logistics, and distribution
Financial Oversight
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring in collaboration with the Finance team
People Leadership
- Lead and mentor departmental heads, fostering a performance-driven and accountable culture
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred)
- 7-10 years of senior management experience in industrial operations or a related field
- Proven track record managing GMP-certified operations and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
