• Strategic leadership and innovation across all club functions
• Enhance membership experience and engagement
• Oversee club operations including golf, sports, food & beverage, and hospitality services
• Build and develop a high-performing people and culture
• Drive financial performance and revenue growth
• Lead marketing initiatives and develop strategic partnerships
• Ensure governance standards and sustainability practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Master's degree is an advantage)
• 7+ years of senior leadership experience in hospitality, sports, or club management
• Strong financial management and operational leadership skills
• Proven people leadership and team development capabilities
