## Title: Front Desk Officer

About the Role

Kinetic Controls Limited is seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Officer to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, and highly computer literate, with strong administrative and procurement experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Maintain office and supplier records with accuracy
  • Provide general administrative support to management
  • Assist with procurement processes and supplier coordination
  • Assist with office operations and daily tasks
  • Prepare and manage basic budgets
  • File and track daily expenses and receipts
  • Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year proven experience in a front desk or administrative role
  • Experience in procurement is essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Basic budgeting and financial record-keeping skills

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Certificate in procurement or office management (an added advantage)
  • Strong computer literacy with MS Office skills
