Forklift Operator - Kim-Fay East Africa Limited, Nairobi

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to efficiently handle, move, and store materials within the plant and warehouse, all while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. Required Qualifications: and skills

• Certified forklift operator with a valid driving license and 3+ years of experience in industrial/plant material handling.

• Skilled in safely loading, unloading and moving materials while adhering to quality, environmental and occupational health & safety (OHS) standards.

• Ability to operate electric forklifts and specialized equipment such as bale/reel clamps and three-wheeler forklifts.

• Strong operational awareness and attention to detail, performing daily equipment checks, preventive maintenance and safe handling of equipment.

• Detail-oriented team player with excellent time management and communication skills to ensure smooth production and warehouse flow.

• Ability to organize materials in storage racks following FIFO principles and ensure goods are stacked and secured correctly.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear reporting and effective collaboration with production and warehouse teams.
