About the Role
This is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in food production within a hospitality environment. As a Kitchen Trainee, you will work under supervision to develop practical culinary skills and learn professional kitchen operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under guidance from senior kitchen staff
- Learn and follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Support kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness of work stations
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes and instructions
- Assist with plating and food presentation
