About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to drive strategic financial planning and support company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic financial planning, annual budgeting, and long-term forecasting to guide company growth
• Build dynamic financial models and run scenario analyses to support smart business decisions
• Prepare clear, insightful reports and dashboards for investors, management, and the Board
• Partner with Sales, Credit, Product, and Operations teams to evaluate new initiatives and improve profitability
• Support key projects including fundraising, product launches, and market expansion with solid financial analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred)
• 6-10 years of FP&A, strategy, or corporate finance experience, ideally in FinTech
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
• Proven ability to translate complex data into insights for senior leaders and investors
• Advanced Excel and Financial systems skills; BI tools and predictive analytics experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for Board and investor engagement
