Finance Controller- Re-advertisement at BIDCORO Africa Ltd.

About the Role

BIDCORO Africa Ltd seeks a dedicated Finance Controller to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be the custodian of all financial information, setting the standard for all reporting processes and information systems. You'll lead reporting, tax, and risk management processes while ensuring financial integrity and strong business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt performance insights and forecasts for key financial decisions, including financial reporting and business partnering
• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical requirements for business operations
• Manage financial analysis, data analytics, and general ledger security
• Oversee internal and external audits as the primary contact, managing the entire audit process
• Direct tax management and reporting including workings and filing on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Ensure compliance with group and local accounting policies and statutory requirements
• Manage financial controls and maintain an internal control environment in compliance with statutory laws and local tax regulations

Required Qualifications

• Qualified, registered accountant with CPA or ACCA certification
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry
• Proven experience working in global companies
• Working experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP

Remuneration

Individually negotiated based on experience and qualifications, offered at an attractive level.
