Finance Controller at BIDCORO Africa Ltd.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to join our Finance and IT department. You will report to the Head of Finance and IT and serve as the custodian of all financial information, setting the standard for reporting processes and financial integrity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt performance insights and financial forecasts
• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical requirements for business operations
• Manage financial analysis, general ledger security, and data analytics
• Lead reporting, tax, and risk management processes
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external audits
• Oversee tax management and reporting activities
• Ensure compliance with group and local accounting policies and statutory requirements
• Manage and maintain robust financial controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Professional accounting designation: CPA or ACCA
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry
• Experience working in global companies
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP
