## Title: Field Sales Executive - FMCG

About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in the fast-paced FMCG sector. You will be responsible for driving sales across assigned territories while building strong customer relationships and serving as a brand ambassador.

Key Responsibilities

  • Periodically visit retail outlets, wholesalers, supermarkets and other customer locations within designated regions to increase sales prospects, understand customer needs and offer customized product solutions
  • Effectively plan and organize sales visits to optimize coverage of assigned locations
  • Identify the territory's market categories and potential customers
  • Collaborate with customer service, supply chain management and marketing departments to coordinate sales activities with product accessibility, marketing campaigns and customer support
  • Maintain thorough records of orders, customer contacts and sales activities
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports to inform managers of developments, obstacles and opportunities
  • Negotiate with customers regarding prices, terms and conditions to obtain mutually beneficial sales agreements
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by educating customers about product features, advantages and applications through product demonstrations
  • Gather and present market data analytics including competitor activities, pricing trends and customer feedback
  • Adhere to company policies and ethical standards while maintaining high levels of professionalism and presentation

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in FMCG products
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications and knowledge of sales reporting tools
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
