Field Sales Agent - Kawangware at Amplus International Ltd

About the Role

Amplus International Ltd is seeking a qualified Field Sales Agent to drive sales growth and expand our client base in the Kawangware territory. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales orders, building customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining expert product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate sales orders and manage the process through to delivery and payment
• Source new sales opportunities and expand the company's client base within your assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction
• Maintain expert knowledge of our product inventory and specifications
• Monitor market competition and best practices to provide the best service to clients

Required Qualifications

• Kenyan citizen aged 25 years or above
• Proven passion for sales with a demonstrated track record of achieving targets
• Self-starter able to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
• Organized with strong record-keeping abilities
• Own and proficient with an Android smartphone
