## Title: Executive Assistant to the Country Director

About the Role

International Justice Mission seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the Country Director in Nairobi, Kenya. This position requires a highly organized professional capable of managing complex schedules, communications, and projects in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide the coordination of complex scheduling and travel to ensure timely and effective participation in high-level engagements
  • Determine appropriate communication strategies and advise on messaging that reflects the Country Director's voice and maintains organizational integrity
  • Conduct document and task management using advanced technology platforms to support seamless collaboration and execution
  • Oversee cross-functional relationships and sustain a culture of excellence, professionalism, and mission alignment across executive initiatives
  • Evaluate and manage complex, multi-phase projects within the Country Director's Office, applying project management competencies to ensure strategic alignment, timely execution, and sustained impact across global and country initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 10 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and supervise executive-level administrative functions, including calendar management, travel coordination, and strategic meeting planning
  • Effective communication skills (both oral and written) with the capacity to advise and represent executive leadership through professional correspondence and stakeholder engagements

Required Technical Skills

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Windows 10
  • Proficiency in project management tools and principles
  • Advanced technological literacy, including document management systems, task tracking platforms, and virtual collaboration tools
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft SharePoint (preferred)
  • Ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities effectively
