A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Estate Management, Property Management, Real Estate, or related field.
- 2+ years' experience managing residential estates or gated communities.
- Good knowledge of Kenyan property laws and service charge management.
- Experience supervising security, cleaners, gardeners, and maintenance teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, Organization, and report writing skills.
- Computer literate (MS Word & Excel). High level of integrity and professionalism
