KEDA (Kenya) Ceramics Company Ltd, a leading manufacturer of high-quality ceramic tiles, is seeking to recruit a competent and motivated Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Officer to join our team. • Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety laws and regulations.

• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate EHS risks.

• Develop, implement, and update EHS policies, procedures, and training programs.

• Investigate incidents and near-misses, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions.

• Lead employee training and awareness programs on EHS best practices.

• Prepare and submit EHS reports to management and regulatory bodies.

• Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct periodic drills.

• Continuously monitor and improve EHS performance metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.

• At least 2 year of experience in an EHS role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Strong understanding of EHS regulations, standards, and best practices.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
