Requirements

• Born-again Christian and active church member
• Age: 25-45 years
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE)
• P1 certification (added advantage)
• Strong Christian values
• Familiarity with CBC (Competency-Based Curriculum)
• Experience in a Christian school (preferred)
• Knowledge of education policies
• Computer literacy

Key Skills and Competencies

• Strong leadership and management abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Music, art, crafts, or Physical Education expertise (added advantage)
