A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as an E-Learning Developer.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Information Technology, Education, Graphical Arts, or Instructional Design
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in e-learning and multimedia development
• Intermediate proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Illustrator, Vyond, and text-to-speech software
• Solid understanding of SCORM standards and LMS integration, with experience in SCORM packaging and troubleshooting across platforms
• Ability to apply knowledge of visual and instructional design principles
• Strong problem-solving skills, reading comprehension, and ability to respond promptly to issues

Additional Requirements

• Flexibility to accommodate different shift schedules, including night shifts
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kitengela, Athi River
