Direct Sales Executive (Home Broadband)- Nakuru

About the Role

We are seeking a Direct Sales Executive for our Home Broadband division based in Nakuru. This role offers the opportunity to drive customer acquisition and growth while managing field operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Customer acquisition and onboarding processes including KYC verification and customer education
• Collaborate with Line Manager to develop, execute, and monitor sales initiatives in assigned area
• Track adherence to SLAs on acquisition and onboarding
• Recover devices from non-compliant customers
• Provide first-level support with on-ground troubleshooting and resolution of customer issues
• Escalate customer and network issues that cannot be resolved at first level
• Conduct daily collation of target achievement and monthly trend analysis
• Prepare dashboards for weekly reviews and ad-hoc reports as required
• Monitor and report on competitor activities
• Provide customer insights and identify products or services that meet customer needs
• Plan and execute on-ground marketing initiatives including road shows, estate activations, and mall promotions

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
• 1+ years of outdoor sales experience (preferably in the telecom industry)
• Commercial acumen with understanding of competition landscape, devices, packages, and commission schemes
• Tech-savvy with understanding of solutions across both 5G and Fixed Wireless Services
• Resilience and ability to deliver against stretch targets
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit
