Direct Sales Executive (Home Broadband)- Eldoret

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to drive sales growth in the home broadband market. In this role, you will be responsible for customer acquisition, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with established processes while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with customer acquisition and onboarding processes, including KYC verification and customer education
• Collaborate with Line Manager to develop, execute, and monitor sales initiatives in assigned area
• Track adherence to SLAs on acquisition and onboarding
• Recover devices from non-compliant customers
• Provide first-level support with on-ground troubleshooting and resolution of customer issues
• Escalate customer issues that cannot be resolved at first level
• Escalate network issues to appropriate teams
• Conduct daily collation of target achievement
• Track and analyze monthly trends within assigned markets
• Prepare dashboards for weekly reviews
• Prepare ad-hoc reports as required
• Monitor and report on competitor activities
• Provide customer insights and identify products or services that meet their needs
• Plan and execute on-ground marketing initiatives including road shows, estate activations, and mall promotions

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
• 1+ years of outdoor sales experience (preferably in the telecom industry, though not mandatory)
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of the competition landscape, devices offered, packages, and commission schemes
• Tech-savvy with understanding of solutions across both 5G and Fixed Wireless Services
• Resilience and ability to deliver against stretch targets
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit
