About the Role
Our client in the Telecommunications sector is seeking a Direct Sales Agent to market and sell company products and services to customers in a professional manner. You will report to the Shop Team Leader and operate within established guidelines for finance controls, processes, and policies that govern retail operations.
Job Purpose
To drive sales of telecommunications products and services while maintaining adherence to financial controls and retail operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales targets for Airtime, Acquisitions, and Devices
- Monitor inventory and consignment stock to ensure accurate tracking of inventory movements and physical stock balances on a daily basis
- Manage daily cash float and account for all daily sales
- Support and implement customer experience improvement strategies to drive increased sales
- Provide technical support to customers, particularly regarding data device configuration
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
