Position Summary

The Digital Sales & Growth Executive is a commercially focused digital role responsible for driving online visibility, lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth across digital platforms. This role goes beyond traditional social media management, with a clear mandate to translate digital activity into measurable commercial outcomes through sales enablement, campaign execution, and funnel performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive online inquiries and conversions for niche cluster and experiential products, tracking leads through the sales funnel and collaborating with reservations and sales teams to maximize closure of digital-origin leads
  • Enhance digital product visibility across websites, social media, and marketplaces by executing targeted campaigns, ensuring precise online pricing and descriptions, and supporting the launch and promotion of new products and experiences
  • Develop and manage lead generation content that aligns with commercial objectives
