Digital Marketer at Emerge Egress Consulting

Role Objective

We are seeking a knowledgeable Digital Marketer to align content and manage multiple digital channels while engaging with our community. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all company platforms.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Engage meaningfully with the community and manage community engagement initiatives
• Develop, manage, and maintain content publishing schedules, digital marketing campaigns, and sales campaigns aligned with brand objectives
• Implement social media marketing strategies across all company digital platforms
• Create and develop digital ads and graphical images for various platforms
• Build and maintain a powerful digital and social media presence to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and improve conversion rates
• Create and collaborate on diverse marketing content including web copy, datasheets, blogs, press releases, video scripts, and customer case studies
• Conduct data collection and analysis to measure campaign performance
• Maintain strong presence on all social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and company website

Job Specifications and Qualifications

• Degree in Fine Arts, Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, IT, Graphic Design, or related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a relevant digital marketing role
• Proven sales and marketing work experience
• Graphic design skills using various tools (preferred)
