## Title: Cyber Café Attendant

About the Role

Our client is seeking to hire Cyber Café Attendants for their branches in Nairobi and Naivasha. The ideal candidates must be tech-savvy, customer-focused, and experienced in cyber café operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with computer access, printing, scanning, and online services
Provide support in online applications and document processing
Maintain proper records of daily transactions and system use
Ensure smooth running of the cyber café and maintain equipment in good condition
Deliver excellent customer service and uphold company values

Qualifications

Diploma or Certificate in IT, Business, or related field
At least 1 year of experience in a busy cyber café environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, honest, and customer-oriented
