  • We are looking for a motivated full-time Customer Success Specialist to deliver exceptional support to clients, address their concerns, and ensure satisfaction with our software and services. The role also involves client engagement and education.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with the support, sales, and product teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions.
  • Own and manage customer relationships from onboarding through ongoing engagement.
  • Create and update training materials and documentation for clients.
  • Guide new clients through structured
  • onboarding and ensure successful system adoption.
  • Other duties as assigned.
