We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Position Overview: Prepdia Kenya is a leading home tutoring company connecting parents and students with qualified tutors. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth experience for both parents and tutors. Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to parent and tutor inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist parents in booking tutoring sessions and managing schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and update our internal systems.
  • Resolve complaints and issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
  • Provide general information about Prepdia’s services and processes.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to improve service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage.
  • Basic computer literacy: MS Office, email, and online platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional, patient, and organized.
