## Title: Customer Satisfaction & Sales Support Agent

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified professional to provide exceptional customer support and sales assistance for our safari operations. You will be the critical link between our customers and our ground teams, ensuring seamless travel experiences and swift resolution of any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 24/7 emergency support to customers during their safari travel
  • Manage bookings and verify payments for ground operations
  • Resolve safari-related complaints through collaboration with reservations and transport teams
  • Follow established procedures for issue resolution and meet with customers regarding major issues
  • Process customer refunds as approved and directed

Required Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Travel and Tourism Management, Hospitality, or similar relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar customer support or sales role
  • Excellent knowledge of the tourism industry and current trends
  • Knowledge of major safari destinations in Kenya
  • Fluency in English with proficiency in French or Spanish
  • Strong communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
