About the Role
Lintons Beauty World is seeking a Creative Design Lead to lead our design function and manage a talented team of designers. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual assets across all channels, from digital and print to retail and corporate communications, while maintaining brand excellence and driving creative innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2 designers
- Allocate briefs, manage timelines, and oversee team workload
- Conduct regular check-ins, training, and performance reviews
- Maintain strong design standards and brand consistency
Design & Execution
Lead the creation of visual assets across:
- Digital: Social media, ads, email, web, and motion graphics
- Print: Posters, packaging, Out-of-Home (OOH), and Point-of-Sale (POS)
- Retail: Window displays and in-store signage
- Corporate: Internal communications and presentations
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and a centralized design asset library.
Concept Development
- Translate briefs into creative directions, storyboards, design systems, and campaign concepts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive campaign ideation and achieve strategic objectives
Quality Control
- Review and approve all team outputs before delivery
- Ensure files are accurate, print-ready, and meet production specifications
- Work closely with printers, suppliers, and media partners
Workflow & Process Improvement
- Introduce structured design processes (e.g., request forms, version control, naming conventions)
- Streamline workflows for efficiency and accountability
- Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Marketing, Retail/Facilities/Operations, Digital, Brand, and Events teams
- Deliver aligned campaign rollouts, in-store communication, social-first content, and event branding
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in design or marketing, with a proven ability to lead or mentor creatives
- Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital, print, retail, and brand identity
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite
