Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administration
- Evaluate and determine existing marketing processes and procedures, recommending improvements
- Develop and execute county-level sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Run the county office, including administrative duties such as stock reconciliations, record keeping, reporting, and overseeing staff field expenses
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and emerging markets
Leadership & Team Management
- Recruit and train sales executives within the assigned county as needed
- Coach and actively support the sales executive team (sales agents and credit officers) to ensure they meet targets in assigned sub-counties
- Ensure timely and accurate data collection, reporting, and administrative duties
- Maintain high discipline and productivity levels among the sales team
- Conduct performance reviews and develop internal training to strengthen team knowledge and skills
Client Relationship Management
- Analyze company customer relations and identify opportunities to improve service for current and new customers
- Travel frequently to the field to monitor activities and ensure customer satisfaction
