About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Corporate Relationship Manager to build and manage strong relationships with our corporate clients in the Nairobi region. In this role, you will drive customer acquisition, retention, and income generation while steering growth across assets, liabilities, trade finance, and cash management products.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage strong relationships with corporate clients
• Ensure customer acquisition, retention, and income generation
• Steer growth in assets, liabilities, trade finance, and cash management products
• Maintain and develop high-value corporate portfolios and ensure profitability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 5 years of general banking experience
• At least 3 years in Corporate Relationship Management
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA qualification
• Experience in relationship management within manufacturing, construction, trade, and real estate sectors
