About the Role

Skill-GAP Solutions Ltd is seeking a creative Social Media Content Creator with strong photography and videography skills to produce engaging visual content across multiple platforms. You will understand social media trends and visual storytelling, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Social Media teams to ensure brand-aligned and consistent content delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and curate high-quality, visually appealing content for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube
• Develop content calendars and schedule posts to ensure consistent and timely delivery across platforms
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align social media content with overall marketing goals and campaigns
• Monitor social media trends, engagement metrics, and audience preferences to optimize content strategy
• Experiment with different content formats, including videos, graphics, and live streams, to drive engagement
• Develop content strategies that align with brand goals and boost audience engagement
• Manage and organize digital assets using content management systems
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity and brand voice
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and platform updates

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
• At least 2 years of proven experience as a social media content creator in a similar role
• Demonstrated track record of successful social media campaigns and content creation
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
