Position Overview

Scion Hospital is seeking a highly professional and results-driven Client Relationship Officer to strengthen and grow our organization. The role focuses on building strategic relationships with doctors, healthcare institutions, and emergency service providers to drive brand growth, service utilization, and revenue while ensuring an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand referral networks to drive brand growth
• Manage and nurture relationships with partner organizations
• Market and promote hospital services to key stakeholders
• Drive referral growth and revenue generation initiatives
• Ensure excellent referral experience and maintain service quality standards
• Monitor performance and prepare reports on key metrics
• Represent the hospital brand professionally in all interactions

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field
• Proven experience working directly with doctors, hospitals, clinics, or medical specialists
• Experience in healthcare marketing
• Strong understanding of healthcare referral systems and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong reporting, analytical, and presentation abilities
