Clerks of Works

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Requirements:

• Diploma or certificate in Building Construction or civil Engineering and/or NCA Accreditation (Construction Supervisor)

• Minimum of 5 years’ site experience

• Must have strong steel construction and site supervision skills, including reading drawings, controlling quality, and coordinating on site.

    Key Responsibilities:  

• Identify, report, and follow upon construction defects and delays

• Inspect work and materials to ensure quality and report issues

• Ensure Compliance with Health Safety and Environment regulation

• Coordinate with Stakeholders to communicate site progress and issues

• Maintain detailed site records and inspection reports

• Check that materials meet approved standards before use.

• Identify and report construction defects or delays and follow up on corrective work
