About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a Chief Operating Officer to lead and scale operations across the organization.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 8-10 years of experience in operations leadership, preferably in agribusiness, FMCG, or manufacturing
  • Proven experience scaling operations and managing multi-site teams
  • Comfort working in fast-growing, impact-driven enterprises
