Position Overview

The Chief Finance & Administration Officer (CFAO) will be a key member of the executive leadership team with shared accountability for enterprise strategy formulation, execution, and long-term business performance.

The CFAO will provide strategic, financial, and operational leadership to ensure the organization achieves its mission, remains financially sustainable, and delivers measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key functions including strategic planning, financial reporting, risk management, and treasury operations
• Serve as a business partner and strategic advisor on financial matters to the Board, CEO, and leadership team
• Drive profitability discussions and actions across the organization
• Oversee accounting teams and manage capital allocation to meet business goals
• Lead development and execution of the organization's financial strategies
• Translate business strategic priorities into financial plans and performance targets
