A dynamic team is expanding and seeking talented professionals to join as a Certification and Capacity Building Officer I.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Overview of Functions

• Conduct public sensitization on the operations, roles, responsibilities, accessibility, and benefits of the Warehouse Receipt System (WRS)
• Undertake capacity building of relevant stakeholders in relation to agricultural commodities
• Carry out relevant training programs as scheduled
• Communicate training programs to relevant stakeholders
• Prepare reports on training programs undertaken
• Consolidate attendance records of participants
• Verify the validity and authenticity of certificates issued under the Act
• Prepare reports on the performance and operation of Collateral Managers

Required Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of service in the grade of Certification and Compliance Officer II
• Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines: Education, Agriculture, Commerce, Operations Management, Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results
