About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to lead healthcare operations and drive excellence across all facility functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day activities across all departments, ensure smooth patient flow from admission to discharge, and manage staff scheduling, equipment, and facility resources to maintain efficient and consistent service delivery.
• Performance & Reporting: Track key operational KPIs, prepare timely reports for senior management, and identify bottlenecks to drive continuous process improvements.
• Quality, Compliance & Risk: Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards, uphold patient safety and service quality, and proactively manage operational risks.
• Patient Experience & Stakeholder Relations: Handle escalated patient issues, foster a collaborative team environment, and act as the primary liaison with clinical teams, admin departments, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Clinical Science, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years' leadership experience in a healthcare facility (e.g., Centre Manager, Operations Manager, Nursing Director)
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and quality standards
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and achieve operational KPIs
