About the Role

This vacancy presents an opportunity to join a leading organization as a Car Tracking Sales Agent based in Nakuru.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and generate new sales leads for car tracking and fleet management services
• Conduct sales visits to individuals, fleet owners, and corporate clients
• Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and close sales
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Provide accurate reports on sales activity and market feedback
• Educate clients on product usage and benefits during onboarding

Requirements

• Minimum KCSE qualification; Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in field sales (experience selling car tracking solutions is highly desirable)
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
