Position Overview
Codirect Courier and Fulfilment Centre is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join our new Eldoret branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information about our services, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly
- Provide accurate information on deliveries, orders, and company services
- Record and update customer information in the system accurately
- Follow up on customer issues and escalate unresolved matters when necessary
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role (advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Computer literacy and familiarity with call centre systems (advantageous)
- Must be based in Eldoret
Compensation
Net Salary: KES 15,000
