## Title: Call Center Coordinator

About the Role

An established company is seeking a Call Center Coordinator to oversee customer communication channels, manage call center staff schedules, and ensure excellent client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming and outgoing calls efficiently
Supervise call center staff and ensure timely responses
Monitor service quality and handle escalations
Generate daily and weekly reports on customer interactions

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Customer Service, Communication, or related field
2+ years of experience in a similar supervisory role
Strong leadership and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
