Role Objective
A medium-sized law firm in Upper Hill is seeking a Business Growth Consultant to support and scale their business development efforts. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth in a dynamic consulting environment.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop customized growth strategies, strategic plans, and comprehensive business plans
- Identify growth opportunities and potential areas for expansion
- Lead market expansion into new territories, markets, or demographics
- Evaluate product or service diversification opportunities
- Identify and develop strategies for new customer segments
- Improve operational efficiency and streamline processes
- Enhance marketing and sales strategies
- Analyze patterns and make data-driven recommendations for sustainable growth
- Provide continuous support and guidance throughout implementation, monitoring progress and addressing challenges
- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure strategy effectiveness
- Provide regular updates and make necessary adjustments to maintain growth trajectory
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or related field from a recognized university
- Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience in business development or consulting
