An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Key Accountability & Deliverables:
  • To secure and maintain KES 500,000 in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) by the end of Quarter 1 and scale it thereafter, by landing foundational client retainers and projects.
  • Achieve and sustain the critical revenue target to fund operations.
  • Secure our first 3-5 signature commercial engagements that form the revenue base. 
  • Establish the foundational partnerships for local delivery and credibility
What We’re Looking For:
  • A legal background (mandatory).
  • A proven track record in business development for professional services (preferably legal, environmental, or advisory).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of African and international sustainability, ESG, and conservation markets.
  • At least four years of experience with BD systems and tools (CRM, client satisfaction frameworks, performance dashboards).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and training skills.
  • The ability to combine strategic thinking with practical execution.
