About the Role
A medium-sized law firm in Nairobi is seeking an experienced Business Development Consultant to support their growth and scaling efforts. You will work with a dynamic team to develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies that drive business expansion and operational excellence.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop customized growth strategies, strategic plans, and business plans tailored to the firm's objectives
- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities across new territories, markets, and demographics
- Explore product and service diversification opportunities
- Identify and develop strategies to reach new customer segments
- Enhance marketing and sales strategies to improve market positioning
- Analyze market patterns and make data-driven recommendations for sustainable growth
- Improve operational efficiency by streamlining processes and workflows
- Provide continuous support and guidance throughout strategy implementation
- Monitor progress, address challenges, and adjust strategies as needed to maintain growth momentum
- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure strategy effectiveness
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to optimize results
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or related field from a recognized university
- Minimum four (4) years of relevant business development experience
