## Title: Business Development Manager - Check-Off

About the Role

MyCredit Limited is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager - Check-Off to lead nationwide sales growth, support branches, and drive the performance of our Check-Off portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve disbursement, PAR, and new business targets
  • Lead branches and marketing offices to deliver strong sales performance
  • Strengthen client relationships and drive customer satisfaction
  • Ensure credit processes meet SLAs, TAT, and compliance standards
  • Analyze portfolio performance and drive collection strategies
  • Support branch teams with training, coaching, and field visits

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years' experience in a managerial role in Business Development or Sales (similar position preferred)
  • Strong leadership, analytics, and relationship management skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
