## Title: Business Development Consultant - Nairobi
Role Objective
A medium-sized law firm in Nairobi is seeking a Business Development Consultant to support their growth initiatives and help scale their business development efforts.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop customized growth strategies, strategic plans, and business plans
- Identify growth opportunities and potential areas for expansion
- Explore market expansion into new territories, markets, and demographics
- Evaluate product or service diversification opportunities
- Identify and develop new customer segments
- Improve operational efficiency and streamline processes
- Enhance marketing and sales strategies
- Analyze patterns and make data-driven recommendations for growth
- Provide continuous support and guidance throughout the implementation process, including monitoring progress, addressing challenges, and making necessary adjustments
- Establish and monitor business metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Regularly review KPI performance and provide updates, making adjustments to the plan as needed to achieve optimal results
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or related field from a recognized university
- At least 4 years of relevant experience
