  • Talent Grid Africa, on behalf of our esteemed client, is seeking a dedicated and responsible Bus Attendant to support safe and smooth transport operations.
  • This role is an important part of the passenger experience especially for younger children who need guidance, reassurance, and care throughout the journey. Beyond assisting with boarding and alighting, the Bus Attendant helps maintain order, ensures safety standards are upheld, and serves as a reliable link between the driver, school, and parents.
We are looking for someone who:
  • Demonstrates genuine care and patience when working with children
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with parents and staff
  • Maintains calmness, teamwork, and attentiveness throughout each trip
  • Understands and prioritizes passenger safety at all times
